Privacy policy

RouteFound collects only the information needed to operate and improve the eligibility finder.

Information we collect

We store anonymous first-party usage events such as page views, calculator completions, result opens, and official-source clicks. We do not intentionally store an IP address, advertising identifier, or cross-site tracking profile in our analytics records.

If you save a shortlist, we store your email address, calculator answers, matched routes, and whether you separately opted into occasional updates. If you contact us, we store your name, email address, and message.

How we use it

Usage events help us understand whether the product works. Saved-shortlist information supports the requested report workflow. We send marketing or editorial updates only where the optional consent box was selected. Contact information is used to respond to the message.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure and email providers may process data solely to operate RouteFound. We retain information only while it supports the product, legal obligations, or a legitimate operational need.

Your choices

You can use the calculator without submitting an email, and save a shortlist without joining the update list. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and identify the email address involved.
